If anyone signs up between January 16, 2016 and January 31, 2016, the policy will have a March 1, 2016 effective date and the individual will likely incur a partial tax penalty.
Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (65 or older)
If you’re age 65 or older, the Medicare open enrollment starts on October 15, 2015 and ends on December 7, 2015.
